Existing installation required a protective anti-corrosion coating but preparation needed to be done without sandblasting due to the permanent presence of an explosive atmosphere.
Coating Solution
Surface preparation required only a scraping and brushing to remove any non-adherent impurities and loose rust and/paint. Surfaces must be completely dry before application.
RUST GRIP was applied as protective layer by slowly brushing and rolling 2 layers as crossed-coats according to the application instructions.
