Project Description
The roof of a bitumen tank needed to be treated as the previous insulation system had begun to deteriorate due to severe C.U.I problems. The customer needed a combined solution to address problems experienced with regards to this corrosion problem and heat transfer losses which was causing the bitumen to harden.
Coating Solution
The offered and applied solution consisted of our primer RUST GRIP to prevent further corrosion, followed by an insulation of 3-4mm of HOT SURFACE COATING, finished off by a top coat of ENDUWALL AL to offer further protection from the elements.
